Spicy green tomato salad – a simple appetizer for spicy lovers!

Ingredients: 
  • green tomatoes – 1 kg
  • hot pepper / chili – 1 pc.
  • sweet / bell pepper – 400 gr.
  • carrots – 200 gr.
  • beets – 100 gr.
  • parsley, cilantro

for the marinade:

  • sugar – 50 gr.
  • salt – 30 gr.
  • spices for Korean carrots – 1 tsp
  • olive oil – 100 ml
  • vinegar 9% – 70 ml
  • garlic – 1 head
  • honey – 2 tbsp
  • ground coriander, cloves – to taste

Cooking:

1. Cut the tomatoes into 8 parts, carrots, beets and peppers – into strips, chili peppers – into circles.
2. We are preparing a gas station. Mix salt, sugar, spices, oil, vinegar, honey in a bowl. Add garlic squeezed through a press. Stir until salt and sugar dissolve.3. Put the prepared vegetables and greens in a bowl with a lid and pour the resulting mixture. Mix well, close the lid and send for a day in the refrigerator.

Serve as a salad with any side dish.
