Give free rein to your imagination! Prepare a delicate salad that will decorate your table and delight even true gourmets;)

Ingredients:

  • smoked chicken fillet – 200 gr.
  • hard cheese – 100 gr.
  • potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • carrots – 1 pc.
  • walnuts – 120 gr.
  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • pomegranate – 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise – to taste

Preparation :

1. Boil eggs, carrots and potatoes in advance and let cool. Peel the cooled potatoes and carrots, cut into small cubes.

Transfer to separate bowls. Add mayonnaise, better, of course, cooked by you. Mix thoroughly and set aside to let the vegetables soak a little.

2. Peel the eggs, cut into small cubes. So is the smoked chicken.

3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Peel the walnuts from the shell, dry a little in a hot frying pan, stirring constantly. Cooled nuts – chop. Break the pomegranate into grains.

4. We will make the salad in portions, in layers. And this means that we will use a forming ring and lay out all the ingredients sequentially, smearing the layers with mayonnaise, if necessary.
The layers go in this order from bottom to top:

  • potato
  • chicken fillet
  • walnuts
  • cheese
  • carrot
  • eggs
On the last layer, smeared with mayonnaise, spread the pomegranate seeds.

We put the salad in a cold place for 3 hours, so that it is well soaked. Serve the salad chilled.
The final touch – carefully draw out the shape – the  salad – the decoration is ready!
